The recently held 62nd National Film award in which Queen won the best national film award & Kangana Ranaut as best actress.This is not the ist time a women centric film won national award . Vidya Balan starrer The Dirty Picture won best film . This shows that Indian cinema is going through sea change. Women centric films like Queen , Mary Kom , Gulab Gang etc. like by viewers & also these Women Centric film earn moolah on box office & also gets thumbs up from critics. This shows that our Hero dominant perception society has been gradually changing . Audience now love to watch good movies on women centric rather than action movies without any good storyline. This has taken a Century to change the perception of viewer towards women centric film. The I & B minister Arun Jaitley said “India is witness the triumphant of the liberation & empowerment of woman centric film “. This National award also give confidence to many film makers to make movie on Woman Centric theme & it also bring a dynamic change in the society & especially towards women.
